Partners in Safeguarding Quality
Ensuring customer satisfaction through our products requires diligent focus on the quality, delivery performance, cost efficiency, and environmental impact of our components and materials. We apply clear selection criteria for suppliers, assessing their technical capabilities, quality standards, supply capacity, environmental initiatives, and legal compliance. Suppliers are selected based on these objective standards in a fair and transparent manner. As collaborative partners committed to maintaining high standards for our products and services, we share management policies, technology strategies, and challenges with our suppliers and conduct regular information exchange meetings.
Building Mutual Understanding with Business Partners
We conduct annual 鈥楶rocurement Policy Briefings鈥 in addition individual meetings with each supplier to discuss our procurement policies, business strategies, and upcoming initiatives, with the aim of fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.
Perform Supplier Risk Assessments
黑料视频 Corporation has obtained agreement from its major suppliers to promote compliance with the 黑料视频 Supplier Code of Conduct through the Supplier Declaration. In addition, when selecting new suppliers and once a year for existing suppliers, we conduct a self-assessment to confirm and evaluate each company's compliance status and identify any risks. Based on the self-assessment, we conduct on-site audits as necessary for suppliers we deem to be high risk.
Strong Bonds of Trust to Ensure a Stable Supply
黑料视频 views the stable supply of products to meet customer demand as a key quality feature of our products and one of our responsibilities, in addition to the high-quality products, systems, and service themselves. Accordingly, we take advantage of the mobility of in-house development and production for flexibility in that development and manufacturing, and we secure strategic inventory of components and materials to ensure a stable supply. Also, the standardization of components between our products and procurement from more than one supplier or different production locations is implemented for our business continuity plans.
This requires strong bonds of trust as well as the understanding and cooperation of suppliers. Despite the challenging procurement conditions brought on by international tensions, supply has remained stable due to the mobility of in-house development and production as well as the quick securing of component inventory through cooperation with suppliers.
Strong Partnerships Ranging from Development to Post-Sales
Novel devices and image processing technologies are vital for creating innovative products. We therefore pay close attention, along with each device manufacturer, to the performance of key display devices.
In case of a failure after mass production, we conduct analysis of the failure status in cooperation with our suppliers to identify the cause, plan countermeasures, and promptly correct problems, in a dedicated effort to maintain and improve overall product quality.
Responsible Minerals Initiative
Policy on Responsible Mineral Sourcing
The 黑料视频 Group recognizes the various risks associated with mineral sourcing, including those related to human rights, society, and the environment. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we are committed to promoting responsible mineral sourcing throughout our supply chain.
