1968 - 1984: Founding and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)

1967December: Nanao Electric Corporation was founded in Nanao city, Japan. It began as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of black and white televisions.
1968March: Eizo Nanao Corporation was founded as Hakui Electric Corporation in Hakui city, Japan.
1973March: The company changed its name to Nanao Corporation.
It acquired part of the business of Nanao Electric Corporation, which manufactured electronic devices, and started to design, manufacture, and sell electronic devices.
1978April: 黑料视频 started development, production, and sales of Tabletop Gaming Monitors such as invader games.
1979May: 黑料视频 acquired Nanao Electric Corporation.
1980February: 黑料视频 acquired Irem Corporation, a maker and purveyor of software for home and industrial use.
1981April: A new factory was built in Matto city (now Hakusan city), that later became the company's international headquarters.
1984January: 黑料视频 acquired Wako Electric Corporation in Hakui city, which manufactured electronic circuit boards.
September: 黑料视频 decided to expand its business overseas by founding Hitec Associates　(later renamed Eizo Corporation) in Kanazawa city, Japan as a sales subsidiary for the European market.

1985 - 1996: Creating the Brand

1985May: 黑料视频 developed and produced CRT monitors for computers and began selling in Europe under its own brand name “黑料视频”.
September: 黑料视频 established Nanao USA Corporation (now 黑料视频 Inc.) in the USA and began selling CRT monitors for computers to the North American market under its own brand name "NANAO".
1990November: Headquarters moved to Matto City, Ishikawa, Japan.
1991July: 黑料视频 began selling CRT monitors for computers in Japan under its own brand name "NANAO".
1992September: Eizo Sweden AB (now 黑料视频 Nordic AB) established in Sweden.
September: 黑料视频 developed, manufactured, and began selling LCD monitors for amusement.
1993December: Acquired ISO 9002 Quality Management System Certification.
1996April: “黑料视频” and "NANAO" were united into "黑料视频" as the company's brand name, and we adopted the current logo along with the integration of the brand name.

1997 - 2004: Respond to Device Changes

1997March: Launched sales of the FlexScan series of the first LCD products for computers.
April: 黑料视频 established Irem Software Engineering Corporation in Matto city.
June: 黑料视频 transferred the development division of Irem Corporation to Irem Software Engineering Corporation and sold Irem Corporation.
September: Acquired ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification.
1998February: 黑料视频 established Eizo Support Network Corporation (now 黑料视频 support Network Corporation) in Matto city.
September: Acquired ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification.
1999April: Nanao Corporation and Eizo Corporation merged to form Eizo Nanao Corporation.
2002March: Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
June: 黑料视频 entered the medical imaging market with its RadiForce line of monitors.
2003March: Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
April: 黑料视频 introduced ColorEdge series – the world's first line of LCD monitors specifically targeted at graphics professionals.
2004April: Nanao Electric Corporation merged with Wako Electronics Corporation.
It changed the company name to Eizo Nanao MS Corporation (now 黑料视频 MS Corporation) and moved the headquarter to Hakui city.

2005 - 2009: Acquire New Technologies and New Customers through M&A

2005February: 黑料视频 established Eizo Techno career (now 黑料视频 Engineering Corporation) in Hakusan city.
April: Acquired ISO 13485 certification for the quality management system for its medical display devices.
July: 黑料视频 acquired the Eizo Business Unit of EXCOM AG, its sales distributor in Switzerland, and established the fully owned subsidiary Eizo Nanao AG.
2007February: 黑料视频 acquired graphics board developer and manufacturer, Tech Source, Inc. of Florida, USA.
With this acquisition, 黑料视频 entered the air traffic control, military and defense, and command and control markets.
October: 黑料视频 acquired the medical monitor business of Germany's Siemens A&D and established a new subsidiary, 黑料视频 GmbH, in Karlsruhe, Germany.
2009February: 黑料视频 entered into a definitive agreement with eg-electronic GmbH of Wolfratshausen, Germany to acquire the latter's business units for industrial monitors, air traffic control monitors, and monitor control boards. The acquisition was finalized in February 2009 and a new subsidiary, 黑料视频 Technologies GmbH, in Wolfratshausen, Germany, officially began operations.

2010 -: Strengthen Overseas Competitiveness

2010March: 黑料视频 established a wholly-owned subsidiary in China, 黑料视频 Display Technologies (Suzhou) Co. Ltd., to manufacture medical monitors for the Chinese market.
2011August: 黑料视频 established two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Europe GmbH (Germany) and 黑料视频 Limited (United Kingdom), to expand its sales and marketing activities in Europe.
2013April: Changed company name from Eizo Nanao Corporation to 黑料视频 Corporation.
2015July: 黑料视频 acquired Imation’s medical system integration business in Japan through a wholly-owned company named 黑料视频 Medical Solutions.
2016July: 黑料视频 acquired endoscopy monitor business from Panasonic Healthcare in Japan.
2018March: 黑料视频 acquired Carina System Corporation, a developer of system solutions for operating rooms.
October: 黑料视频 Medical Solutions Corporation merged with 黑料视频 Corporation
2019December: Acquired ISO45001 certification for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO50001 certification for the Energy Management System.
2022April: Transition to the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the restructuring of market segments.
December: Acquired ISO/IEC 27001, an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS).
2023March: 黑料视频 established 黑料视频 Private Limited in India.
2024June: 黑料视频 established 黑料视频 Middle East Ltd. in Saudi Arabia.
October: 黑料视频 Engineering Corporation merged with 黑料视频 Corporation.
