Accordingly, acknowledging that the appropriate use of AI, including due consideration of the risks it may pose, is critically important for individuals, society, and the environment, the 黑料视频 Group hereby establishes the following 鈥淎I Ethics Base Policy鈥� with the aim of creating new value that contributes to the realization of a prosperous future society.

1. Realization of a Prosperous Future Society
   By promoting the use of AI in harmony with society, we will create and propose new value and provide products and services that contribute to the realization of a prosperous future society. Furthermore, whereas we strive to use AI appropriately, we will work to build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders (business partners, employees, shareholders, and local communities), thereby contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
2. Provision of Safe Products & Services
   We will endeavor to ensure the safety of products and services incorporating AI systems (hereinafter referred to as 鈥淎I Products鈥�), while continuously investigating and collecting information on security-related risks and responding to them appropriately.
3. Respect for Human Rights and Fairness
   In providing AI Products, we will respect human rights and diversity and strive to prevent discrimination and other forms of unfair influence.
4. Emphasis on Transparency and Accountability
   We will pursue development that emphasizes transparency in the operation of AI Products. In addition, we will endeavor to provide explanations and information required for the use of such products and services in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Protection of Privacy
   In accordance with laws, regulations, and related internal policies, we will respect privacy and appropriately and securely manage information obtained in connection with AI Products.

1. *This policy and the related governance frameworks and guidelines apply to all employees, including executives, as well as contract and temporary staff.

The 黑料视频 Group is committed to responsible AI use based on a human-centric approach. By incorporating Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) controls, we ensure that human judgment, transparency, safety, and accountability remain central throughout all AI-related processes. At the same time, we recognize both the risks associated with AI and its potential to enhance product quality, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value in harmony with society.

We have established an AI governance framework under the supervision of the Board of Directors, ensuring clear executive accountability for all AI-related risks and opportunities. The Chief AI Governance Officer, together with the AI Governance Subcommittee, oversees the development, deployment, and use of AI across the Group in accordance with internal regulations. This framework incorporates internal controls, monitoring mechanisms, and escalation processes to ensure the appropriate, transparent, and responsible use of AI.

All AI-related activities are subject to a formal review and approval process prior to implementation. Assessments are conducted from the perspectives of legal compliance, ethics, information security, and risk management. Based on these evaluations, the Chief AI Governance Officer grants final approval, and all decisions are documented to ensure traceability. This process enables the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of AI-related risks, with any significant matters being escalated under the direction of the responsible executive to the Board of Directors and Executive Management Committee, depending on their materiality.

The AI Governance Subcommittee is responsible for establishing governance and ensuring regulatory compliance related to the development, provision, and use of AI, while promoting appropriate management and control of AI-related risks across the Group. Key activities include:

• Enhancing governance frameworks to ensure the appropriate and transparent use of AI
• Monitoring regulatory developments, external standards, and industry trends, and reflecting these in internal policies and procedures
• Promoting company-wide initiatives to strengthen understanding and responsible use of AI

We have established 鈥淕uidelines for the Use of Generative AI鈥� to ensure the appropriate and controlled use of generative AI technologies across the Group.
These guidelines define requirements for information accuracy, ethical conduct, and data security. Compliance is ensured through internal controls, education and training, and monitoring, in order to mitigate risks such as the spread of misinformation, data leakage, and inappropriate use.

The 黑料视频 Group conducts company-wide education and awareness initiatives at least annually, with the objective of strengthening understanding of AI-related risks and promoting responsible use.

Key initiatives include:

• Dissemination of guidelines for the appropriate and secure use of generative AI
• Education and training programs to enhance awareness of ethical conduct, information accuracy, and data security
• Monitoring and continuous improvement to ensure consistent application of policies and effective risk mitigation
