Health and Productivity Management
黑料视频 Group Health Declaration
Since the launch of our own brand in 1985, we have been working to create products that incorporate an ergonomic perspective, taking into account the safety and health of the user.
In addition, the 黑料视频 Group has fostered an open and inclusive corporate culture by introducing the casual work style in 2003 and open office layout, promoting the reduction of working hours and the acquisition of paid vacations by improving work efficiency and productivity, and focusing on leisure activities such as the promotion of recreational activities and club activities. We also strive to create an environment in which employees can work in good health and vitality.
We declare that we will continue to contribute to solving society's health problems by proposing total solutions that encompass " Capturing, Recording, Distributing and Displaying", of the imaging chain, and that we will continue our efforts to maintain and promote the physical and mental health of our employees and to create a comfortable workplace under the " 黑料视频 Group Occupational Health and Safety Basic Policy".

Health Promotion Initiatives
In FY2024, we encouraged follow-up health checkups and guided employees based on the results of their annual medical examinations, resulting in a 1% decrease in the number of individuals identified as ‘high-risk for lifestyle-related diseases’. To encourage regular exercise among employees, we launched the 黑料视频 Health Challenge 2024, which included company-wide walking events and workplace-based recreational activities. These efforts resulted in a 50% participation rate (up 7% YoY), improving employees’ exercise habits, and contributing to improved workplace communication and environment.
For FY2025, we plan to improve follow-up procedures for employees with health issues by implementing a comprehensive health management system and increasing the number of occupational health staff. Additionally, our overseas groups are also actively supporting employee wellness through health seminars, events, and participation in local health programs.
Mental Health Care Initiatives
In Japan, we conduct annual stress assessments in accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act and analyze the results by department to identify issues and implement targeted initiatives, resulting in tangible improvements to the workplace environment. However, the proportion of workplaces classified as having high health risks increased by 12% compared to the previous assessment. To address this, we plan to strengthen our health and wellness initiatives in FY2025, including management training programs focused on improving workplace conditions, to reverse this trend.
