Regarding these phenomena, this is a known issue and currentlyÌýthere is no way to avoid it by monitor settings.
There is no third-party conversion cable or adapter that we recommend for conversion to DVI.
In order to avoid this problem, please use alternative connection other than DVI conversion if possible.
